FMYM – Chapter 13

Explaining is tantamount to concealing; concealing is tantamount to telling a story!

Bo Jiazi took great pains putting up with a Young Miss’s temper, not only for the sake of the benefits of the two families, but also to bring Gu Zifan into the forefront.

If Gu Zifan had not been beaten by Gu Yuan Xi today, Bo Jiazi would have introduced Gu Zifan to Ming Yu as a male companion, so as to facilitate next steps in the Kangcheng Project.

Against all odds, Gu Yuan Xi beat Gu Zifan singlehandedly and destroyed all their plans.

And now, the plan Bo Jianzi has pictured ended up into this scene.

All these made Bo Jianzi feel that everything was starting to get out of control!

Especially now, looking at that wretched teenager smirking at Ming Yu, assuming overall control, Bo Jiazi’s lungs almost exploded!

But the hell, didn’t that good-for-nothing always blow up at situations like this? But how come, now he’s giving off the impression that nothing would ruffle him no matter what happens?

No, this can’t go on!

If they were to let this waste stay in contact with the Ming Family, Gu Zifan never lay a finger on the Kangcheng Project in this life.

The moment the thought popped in her mind, Bo Jiazi left the party quietly. She need not stay at the party any longer, talking with Gu Zifan of their next plan is now of utmost importance.

Bo Jiazi, who turned away, didn’t know that a good show really took place after she has left.

“Xiao Ru, I really didn’t know that you have the habit of looking for women’s toilet perverts as friends!” To the viewers, Ming Yu’s smiling face was the image of having a friendly conversation with his sister’s friends. There’s no way they could tell that he was digging at the teenager!

“Ming Shao, I can explain!” The teenager’s thin lips opened. If he had known beforehand that this prized man was Ming Yu, give him 10 guts and he still would never dare to flirt with him.

The corners of Ming Yu’s lips rose again, but his eyes were stalking coldly: “Haven’t you heard of a saying? Explaining is tantamount to concealing; concealing is tantamount to telling a story!”

SO, was he saying that the teenager was only trying to tell a tale?

When blocked in his attempt to clear things up, the slick teenager felt frustrated.

On the contrary, Ming Ru, who couldn’t bear the lively teenager wane into a sullen frustration, she confronted her brother immediately: “Brother, I forbid you to be so rude to my friends.”

Ming Yu was about to respond, but Ming Ru dismissed him first, “All right, I know you’re busy, get going.”

In that moment, a sort of dissonant glare from Ming Yu passed over the teenager. Why dissonant? He looks like he can’t wait to shoot the teenager dead this instant, but he also has no choice but to hold back.

In the end, Ming Yu left.

As soon as he left, that mighty aura was also gone.

The teenager and Peng Jiao was greatly relieved at this point.

Although, Ming Yu’s departure wasn’t at all favorable, they both knew that keeping him around under such circumstances would be counterproductive. Instead of leaving a good impression as they planned out, he’d more likely to throw the teenager out of the party!

As soon as Ming Yu disappeared, Peng Jiao, who was very much interested in the untold story, began to pester the teenager again.

“Yuan Xi, I can call you that! By the way, you call me Xiao Ru in the future …”

“Okay! Xiao Ru.” On the one hand, the teenager dealt with Ming Ru, and exchanged a look with Peng Jiao, indicating that the story would have to be told later.

Right at the end of the party, the teenager failed to complete the task Peng Huimin gave her, which was to make a good impression on Ming Yu, but instead exchanged WeChat with Ming Yu’s sister.
