MYVD – Chapter 17.2

He pulled out the physics paper on his desk, picked his pen and started solving the problem he discussed with Qin Yu yesterday. Then he examined his formulas again.

Lin Siran’s paper was also distributed.

After the physical papers on my desk, picked up the pen and started to apply the physics question I told Qin last night, and then took out the manuscript paper again.

With her paper back in her hands, instead of checking, she instead grabbed Qin Ran’s papers and immediately exclaimed: “Qin Ran, how did you avoid all my correct answers?”

Everyone who has experienced copying homework knows how to evade submitting identical answers.

Especially exam exercises, people who copy will always change several answers.

Last night, Lin Siran let Qin Ran copy her papers. Amazingly, she had successfully avoided all the correct answers.

With so many multiple choice questions, not one was right.

Her luck is too bad, right?

Qin Ran on the other hand was unaffected with the results of her own papers. She crossed her legs, put her cap on the window sill, and held a numerical book at the same table in her hand. She casually flipped the pages while her lashes fluttered down on the gray book.

Upon hearing Lin Siran, she tilted her head and checked out her paper.

With her chin in one hand, she drawled: “Could it be that … I’m a genius?”

“Poof—-” Qiao Sheng at the table behind cracked up.

He lay on the table, poked Xu Yaoguang’s back with a pen, and laughed muffled, “Xu Shao, do you know, I just distributed our papers, Qin Ran scored zero, but she still thinks she did well.”

“The test paper is packed, so scoring zero is a feat.” Xu Yaoguang froze. He felt that even if he were to score zero points, it would be quite challenging.

Knowing that Qin Ran succeeded in doing so, Xu Yaoguang shook his head and thought that he must be crazy.

He took out the papers for the next class and no longer dwelled on Qin Ran.

The first class in the afternoon is English.

Li Airong swept a glance around and saw Qin Ran leaning against the wall, with legs crossed and reading an extracurricular book. She immediately frowned fiercely.

But since this girl has a connection with the principal, she restrained her temper and ignored  her.

Night.

Lin Villa.

When Qin Yu came home, Lin Qi and Lin Wan were sitting on the sofa in the main hall.

Lin Wan’s name sounds gentle, but her temper is to be reckoned with. Her brows are too sharp, so a glance from her would make someone want to hide.

Qin Yu called out smartly, “Aunt.”

“Qin Yu, you’re growing up beautiful.” Lin Wan has always been kinder to Qin Yu  than to Ning Qing.

Qin Yu cleverly bowed her head. Her aunt married someone from Beijing, so she only returns home several times a year.

“I’ll go upstairs to sort out what my mother wants to use and take it to the hospital.” Ning Qing was antsy sitting with them so she simply found an excuse and went upstairs.

In addition to self-studying in the evening, Qin Yu also practices the piano for half an hour.

She first accompanied Lin Wan and Lin Qi downstairs for a while before going up to the second floor.

As soon as she reached the second floor, Ning Qing was done packing things up and came carrying a bag down.

She didn’t bother Qin Yu in the music room and only left a word or two before heading downstairs.

As she turned around, a piece of paper floated down the edge of the bag.

The paper was a bit crumpled. Qin Yu picked it up and opened it. She wanted to stop Ning Qing but when she glanced at the content, she suddenly froze.

It looked like a notation that was scribbled randomly.

The notes and lines on it were scrawled recklessly.

At the sight of the first line, Qin Yu’s heart skipped wildly and her hands clenched tight.

This is a score of a violin composition.
