MYVD – Chapter 18.2

The family has always mixed love with interests. Qin Yu has been his stepdaughter for so many years, but she has never embarrassed her parents.

Speaking of Qin Yu, Lin Wan’s complexion mellowed, “”I will be returning to the capital in a few days. The old man in the family is fond of the violin, and he has mentioned Qin Yu several times. In the evening, she went out for dinner after preparing the meals. 

At this moment, she was eating noodles on a stall outside the school.

Several teenagers shoved and pushed each other at the entrance of the stall to eat.

Not far away, in a Volkswagen car, Lu Zhaoying commented: “Oh, sociable little sister just eats that?”

It was a bowl of plain noodles with a few green vegetables floating on it.

Tasteless by the looks of it. He watched as several teenagers ordered a bowl of noodles one after the other.

Lu Zhaoying rested his hands on the steering wheel. “Didn’t I pay her wage today? Is she losing weight?”

Cheng Jun looked through the window and also caught sight of Qin Ran.

Today, he was wearing a pair of slacks. 

“Go there.”

Lu Zhaoying: “… Ha?”

“Hungry, buy beef.” Cheng Ran ordered briefly.

Lu Zhaoying: “…” Didn’t the sociable sister just feed this dog?

He touched his nose and got out of the car to buy a pile of beef for this master.

And also coincidentally greeted the sociable sister along the way.

Before leaving, he also carefully left half of his order to the sociable sister.

Then, the black Volkswagen slowly drove away. Inside the car, Lu Zhaoying spied on the social sister pinching a piece of beef and rested against the back of her chair to eat.

Her fingertips were like spring onions.

“She’s not losing weight.” Lu Zhaoying commented again.

Cheng Juan just tilted his head back and shut his eyes: “Let’s go, Mr. Cheng has to wait. Housekeeper Cheng is waiting for us.”

They drove towards a villa. 

After parking the car, Lu Zhaoying lit a cigarette. His phone in his pocket vibrated and when he took it out, he saw a message.

“Oh,” Lu Zhaoying cried and suddenly said, “The order we placed last night was refunded.”

Classroom.

Qin Ran was playing a game with one hand supporting her chin, when several messages popped up.

She swiped them blankly.

She finished the game before quitting.

She stood up from the table, bent over and fished out her headphones inside the table, buttoned her own cap and went to the bathroom.

She opened the last compartment.

Upon fixing the headphones, she turned the voice changer on, lowered her voice, and spoke coldly and dryly through her mobile phone. “Which idiot is offering five times the price and burning money?”
